Shipping

Doordom Records ships orders within Ukraine and internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and city, parcel weight, and selected shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Ukraine (Nova Poshta): 3–7 business days.
International orders (Nova Post Global / Nova Poshta): 1.5–4 weeks.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We prepare, pack, and hand over orders to the shipping carrier within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Most orders are dispatched sooner.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link at the email address provided during checkout.

Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak shopping periods, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
